This 50 minute class will focus not only on the physical benefits but also mental and spiritual. I believe “move a muscle, change a thought”. 30 minutes on the bike you’ll find inner strength you didn’t even know you had. You’ll kick start your metabolism and fire up your endorphins. I will guide you through a safe fun ride reminding you that it’s YOUR ride. The energy you created on the bike we’ll bring to the mat for 20 minutes of active stretching and relaxation techniques to complete your workout focused and revitalized. All levels welcome.
