Maddie is 22 years old has always had a passion for fitness! She played lacrosse for her college and has been instructing cycling classes since 2017. Her classes are high energy with styles such as tabata, HIIT, hills, and intervals. She also likes to create themed rides based on music such as 90’s hip hop or 70’s hits!
