I’ve been practicing yoga since 2006 and in 2012 I completed 200 hours of training at The Sanctuary. In 2016 I incorporated spinning into my routine. The combination of speed, adrenaline, power and sweat balanced with deep breathing, stretching, and strengthening at a slower pace feels like complete bliss. There’s a sense of peace that comes when body, mind, and breath are aligned. I believe anyone can find their true self if you have the willingness to explore the unknown.
