CORE, STRENGTH AND MUSCLE ENDURANCE WITH NIKKI

Condition the core while strengthening the entire body through endurance based strength work.  This class will explore different ways to work every muscle group using bands, trx, bosu balls and kettlbells with the occasional dumbbell thrown in.  Time to embrace the burn of all those little muscles.
