Hi! My name is Jaclyn and I am a nutrition coach and personal trainer. I live in Norwell with my husband Chris, our two boys, and our golden retriever Pippa. I love strength training, indoor cycling, hot yoga, and consider myself a sometimes runner. I am a general sweaty enthusiast, lover of cheeseburgers, the beach, iced coffee, and hiking.

After nearly a decade behind a computer tied to a desk I made the jump to pursue my passion, fitness and nutrition. I made the jump to help others and to hopefully simplify the ever changing world of fitness and nutrition. There is so much information out there, a good deal of it bad and misleading!  My goal is to educate you and hopefully show you that this whole thing is not as complicated as main stream media would have you believe. It really is all very simple, just sometimes hard to go it alone. Break free from fad diets and a rollercoaster ride with the scale. Learn what your food is comprised of and how it works for you, not against you. Stop dieting for good. Learn that exercise is a celebration of what you can do, and not a punishment for what you ate. I believe we only have this one body and we have to take care of it, because if we don’t have our health, we have nothing.
