I have been a Personal Coach for over 15 years and working in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. I live on the South Shore and am married with three sons.
My style of coaching, whether in a group or individual setting, is interval training that incorporates a cardio component in conjunction with strength and agility training. The workouts consist of a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. My goal is to help you challenge yourself by introducing new concepts and offering encouragement to push a little harder each time.
If you are intimidated by a group setting or simply want more individual attention to help you reach your personal goals, I offer individual personal training in addition to the boot camps.
Whatever the setting, I believe in having fun and encouraging you to encompass fitness and wellness as a way of life. My personal commitment to all my clients is do whatever I can to help you achieve your goals!
