SETS, REPS AND HABITS

Strength training is truly king when it comes to maintaining health, adding muscle, and staying strong. If you are currently only doing cardio this will be a great addition to your routine!

Did you know just carrying more muscle gives you a higher resting metabolic rate, gives you that coveted “toned” look you have been looking for, and keeps you strong and injury free for your chosen cardio methods. This class is for newbies and experienced trainees alike. We will utilize and perfect all the basics of strength training focusing hard on tempo, time under tension, and progression to help you get stronger. Solid nutrition is the foundation for any healthy lifestyle yet the missing link for most trainees. Each class will end with a quick discussion on good nutrition habits and an opportunity  for questions and concerns.

Most diet attempts start with restriction and frustration, attempting a complete overhaul of their current habits which results in an unsustainable approach. With nutrition habit stacking we can slowly implement new habits week by week and build upon those to create a new lifestyle and not just another diet.
