MAD Cycle Strength & Energy with Julia
This indoor cycling class is for all levels especially those who want to try something new! In this 50 minute class, riders will experience a variety of exercises including sprints, climbs, and high intensity intervals to name a few. These drills and routines will help the rider develop muscular strength as well as an increase in their endurance. Riders can expect to hear high energy, upbeat music that will keep them engaged in the class and in a rhythm with the beat of the song. Escape reality for an hour while you ride, sweat, and reset your mind for the upcoming days!
