This class will provide a foundation for students new to yoga or those returning to the practice. It will help the student build strength and flexibility while moving through a sequence of postures. You will receive detailed cues, props to assist and a sprinkling of yoga philosophy. Yoga is a journey and a continuous practice. The goal is to leave class feeling the physical and emotional benefits of the practice.
This class is an active fast paced flow of familiar yoga poses that are focused on building strength, increasing endurance and improving movement.
A full body muscle conditioning class with focus on core and lower body stability exercises using a ballet barre, light weights, resistance bands and small ball.
A Pilates mat workout that incorporates classic Pilates sequence which is an exceptionally good workout. This class will provide the foundation for a strong core, flexibility, better posture, more efficient movement and a great mind/body connection.
