MAD Power Ride with Elizabeth
This indoor cycling class is welcome to all levels of riders. Although the rides will never be the same, they will generally blend together movements including hill climbs, sprints, and other challenging drills and exercises. This class is designed to provide riders with every type of workout wanted, including strength, endurance, interval training and recovery. Over the course of the ride, riders will experience a fun and heart-pumping workout, where they can work on their individual strengths, while enjoying working out with friends and/or family!
