ABOUT MAD BOOT CAMPS

MAD Boot Camp classes are an interval style combination of cardio along with weight and strength training.  We keep our classes smaller in size to ensure safety and provide extra attention and guidance to all of our MAD family. All fitness levels welcome! We believe in fun fitness that achieves real results!

Boot camp

MAD Boot Camps Schedule:
Monday – 6:15am, MAD Power 9:30am with Matt
Tuesday – 5am, 7:30am with Matt | 6:30pm with Nikki
Wednesday -5am, 6:15am, MAD Power 9:30am with Matt 
Thursday – 5am, 7:30am with Matt | 6:30pm with Nikki
Friday – 5am, 6:15am with Matt 
*Friday M.A.D. muscle endurance training with Nikki, 9:30am*
Saturday – 7:30am with Matt
Sunday – 8am MAD Recovery class (no cost) with Matt | 9am Core, Strength and muscle endurance with Nikki
*All fitness levels welcome!

BOOT CAMP

$24 or $25 per class (based on frequency)

Workout alongside others!

Cardio, weight and strength training.

Personal individual training

$75 per hour

One-On-One Training

$75/hour or $55/45 minutes

Semi-private training

$80 per hour

(2 people)

$80/ hour or $60/ 45 minutes

Student Boot Camp

$17 per student

For students of similar age

$15/student for each session!
