I have always had a love for exercise and sports so when it came time to go to college I knew exercise was going to be my focus.  I went to the University of Southern Maine for exercise physiology and decided to use my degree to work as a personal trainer.  I have worked with all demographics one on one and in small groups for the past 15 years. 

When it comes to my exercise philosophy I think exercise is often looked at the wrong way.   Instead of being used as a way to “get skinny” I like to think of exercise as a way to get healthy both mentally and physically.  Exercise is my favorite way to release all the day has thrown at me whether at work or with my two small kids at home.
