Pilates exercises focus on quality of movement, training your body parts to work synergistically with one another. Breathing is emphasized to develop a mind/body connection. Pilates teaches your body to move with strength and efficiency, leading to an overall healthier, stronger, more focused mind and body. This more balanced body is better able to resist injury brought on by sports, exercise and day-to-day life.

45 minute private session focused on personal fitness evaluation and a beginners guide to the functionality and proper use of the reformer.

Private reformer session

per one hour private session.

I’m happy to be a part of the MAD bootcamp team!  I have a background in Pilates and Physical Therapy.  My passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle led me to further pursue my career in Pilates after receiving my Pilates Certification in 2002.  I’ve worked in Orthopedic Physical Therapy Clinics as well as being the owner of a private Pilates Studio in CA.  I’ve enjoyed working with a variety of clients recovering from orthopedic injuries as well as teaching many friends, new moms, grandparents and weekend warriors.  My goal for all my clients is to provide a safe and effective program focused to improve overall strength, balance, control & flexibility all while having fun!  When I’m not teaching, I love to spend any free time at the beach and watching my two boys play on their high school sports teams!!   Look forward to meeting you!
