
Marcela has been teaching Yoga, Pilates and Barre for 11 years now. She loves spending her free time outdoors with running, hiking and biking. She became a spinning instructor in December 2017 and she is enjoying teaching indoor cycling combine with Barre. She is using her knowledge from working as a physical therapist for 15 years and and gives safe and effective workouts to all levels and modifies exercises depending on individual needs.
