MAD Cycle-Barre with Marcela

In the Barre part we focus on lower body developing strength and flexibility from the toes and ankles through the calves, knees, thighs, hips and glutes. We use bikes as our Barre. This physical exercise also includes upper body, abdominal and core strength, together with stretching, all done next to our bikes or down on the mat.
