Boot Camp

Our boot camp style fitness classes are an interval style combination of cardio and full body strength training. This enables all of our boot camp members to work at a pace suited for them within the same workout with others. These are smaller classes in size so you will receive the individual attention needed and also enjoy the benefits of a fun and supportive community of friends in fitness!

Muscle Endurance

Muscle endurance is a strength training class that focuses on muscle endurance and improving stability.  This class has a strong focus on strengthening the core to help your body move efficiently in every day life. Each class will utilize bands, trx, bosu balls, gliders and weights for a well rounded workout.

MAD Power

This 50 minute class is solely focused on full body functional weight training. The class size is limited to 7 people to ensure safety and proper execution of the exercises. There is no cardio component to this class, but plan on leaving feeling like you gave it all you had to give!!

Strength 101

New to strength training or in need of some professional coaching? We’ve got you covered in our Strength 101 class! This one hour class will give you a beginners pace to many beneficial weight bearing and body weight exercises. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the exercises, proper form and all the important features of a well balanced strength training program.

MAD Recovery with Matt

An open invitation for anyone in recovery, newly sober, or simply interested in joining a friendly support group trying to better themselves both physically and mentally.  This class is a 45 minute workout for any level of fitness followed by a 15 minute recovery themed open discussion.  There is no fee for this class, only a genuine desire to provide an environment of positivity and support.
