Boot Camp

We offer a variety of boot camp classes, all of which are smaller in size to ensure safety and provide extra attention and guidance to all our members.  The classes are all interval style so each member can work within their own capabilities.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Yoga

Find balance and inner peace with yoga at our Mind|Body studio.  Our variety of yoga classes will not only strengthen your body but also nurture your mind and spirit. 

Barre

Barre is a unique and empowering workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga.  Our barre classes are suitable for all ages and fitness backgrounds. 

Cycling

Rev up your fitness with our cycling classes in our Cyclefit studio!  If you're looking for an exhilarating and high-energy workout that will get your heart racing, we've got you covered.  The classes are designed to cater to participants of all fitness levels. 

Pilates Reformer Classes

These semi-private reformer classes focus on quality of movement, training your body parts to work synergistically with one another. In our Pilates classes, you will flow between the reformer, spring wall board, box and cardio-tramp rebounder. 

Recovery Class

An open invitation for anyone in recovery, newly sober, or simply interested in joining a friendly support group trying to better themselves both physically and mentally. 

RECOVERY WITH MATT

FREE FOR PEOPLE IN RECOVERY

This class is a 45-minute workout for any level of fitness followed by a 15-minute recovery-themed open discussion.  There is no fee for this class, only a genuine desire to provide an environment of positivity and support.
