Pilates exercises focus on quality of movement, training your body parts to work synergistically with one another. Breathing is emphasized to develop a mind/body connection. Pilates teaches your body to move with strength and efficiency, leading to a healthier, stronger, more focused mind and body. This more balanced body can better resist injury brought on by sports, exercise, and day-to-day life.

PILATES CLASSES
Intro to Reformer Pilates and Flow Class
This is a 20 minute private pre-class consult and introduction to the Pilates reformer and overview of the Flow class. Our expert instructors will properly prepare you for the Pilates Flow class which will begin upon completion of your intro.

Reformer Pilates Full Body Flow Class
This is a 50 minute full body workout in which you will flow between the Pilates reformer, Spring wall board, box and Cardio-Tramp Rebounder. This class effectively combines all the benefits of core training with a touch of a fun cardio component!
