Vinyasa Flow

These yoga classes link breathing to movement.  You can expect stretching, strengthening, balance, relaxation and inspiration!

Beginner Yoga

This class will provide a foundation for students new to yoga or those returning to the practice. It will help the student build strength and flexibility while moving through a sequence of postures.  You will receive detailed cues, props to assist and a sprinkling of yoga philosophy. Yoga is a journey and a continuous practice. The goal is to leave class feeling the physical and emotional benefits of the practice.

Power Yoga

This class is an active fast paced flow of familiar yoga poses that are focused on building strength, increasing endurance and improving movement.

Barre

A full body muscle conditioning class with focus on core and lower body stability exercises using a ballet barre, light weights, resistance bands and small ball.

Barre Fusion

This class mixes in traditional Pilates, spring wall and barre exercises for a complete workout from head to toe. Your heart rate will get pumping with this fusion style class. You will walk out feeling leaner, stronger and longer
