MAD Power Ride

This indoor cycling class is welcome to all levels of riders. Although the rides will never be the same, they will generally blend together movements including hill climbs, sprints, and other challenging drills and exercises. This class is designed to provide riders with every type of workout wanted, including strength, endurance, interval training and recovery. Over the course of the ride, riders will experience a fun and heart-pumping workout, where they can work on their individual strengths, while enjoying working out with friends and/or family!

MAD Cycle-Sculpt

Prepare for a motivational and empowering experience in this interval style class! Our coaches will guide you through an amazing ride focusing on cardio endurance and incorporating a variety of strength and core training utilizing dumbbell weights and TRX suspension exercises. This class is a guaranteed full body workout for all levels of fitness and challenges you to step out of your comfort zone and into greater sense of health and wellness!

MAD Cycle HIIT

Get ready for 50 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training on and off the bike! This scorcher of a workout combines spin with HIIT cardio boxing and weights for a full-body workout! All fitness levels are welcome!

FAQs

  • There are a certain number of bikes available so we ask that you secure your bike by registering for each class online via this website or the Studiobookings app.

  • You can schedule classes up to fourteen days in advance via our online software, which you can access through this website.  Please note that all advanced reservations and purchase of packages are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation must be completed within 6 hours or loss of class credit.  Members using an Unlimited Class Package must cancel at least 6 hours prior to the class or incur a $10 fee.

  • We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign in and get your bike properly set up.  If you are a new member, please let us know when you register for class and when you arrive so we can provide any assistance needed.

  • You must be 15 or older and at least 4’ 10”.  Our bikes have a maximum user weight of 300 lbs.

  • MAD Cyclefit is a studio setting, however we do have a small changing room with a shower that is free to use if needed.

  • All ages, abilities, and fitness levels can enjoy the benefits of indoor cycling.  You control the intensity and resistance, but your instructor will strive to bring out your best in every ride.  The atmosphere in our studio is one of support and the only person you have to be better than is the one you were before you walked into our studio!

  • Shoes with a very stiff sole enable powerful pedal strokes.  Cycling shoes will provide more stability and promote efficiency on the bike.  However, feel free to ride with athletic shoes and make sure your laces are securely tied.  Our pedals are equipped with SPD cleats, and cycling shops can fit you in the correct pair of shoes.

  • Our classes offer a personal, intimate, community-type setting.  Our instructors are dedicated to your safety, enjoyment and overall enhancement of the mind-body connection.  Our hopes are that the encouragement and guidance you receive help facilitate your path to a greater level of fitness and wellness.
